At St Luke’s Primary School, we believe that every child has the right to be safe and feel safe, whether at school or at home. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all students by actively implementing processes that establish expectations and accountabilities for people working with our students. Ministerial Order 1359 (Victorian Department of Education and Training 20) specifies actions schools are required to take to embed the eleven Child Safe Standards. The care, safety and well being of children and young people is a central and fundamental responsibility of Catholic education.
